J.Crew / Mobile

I joined J.Crew to lead the design of the new jcrew.com. This challenge began with launching a new mobile experience that is currently being expanded to serve our users at all viewports. The new mobile site has increased key business metrics, reduced our reliance on third-party technology and brought the iconic J.Crew brand to our increasing number of mobile shoppers.

During this project I worked closely with a cross-functional team of product owners, project managers, UX designers and engineers. Regularly presenting design decisions and product updates to creative and business stakeholders, I worked to integrate feedback from all aspects of the business into the final product. Alongside the monthly creative art director, I ensured a seamless transition to this new platform and advocated for mobile best-practices across the Brand Creative organization.
