One Kings Lane / Order History
When I learned that the engineering team was interested in rewriting the Order History experience, I jumped at the opportunity to design a more user friendly and on-brand solution. Previously, the interface did not include product thumbnails, was difficult to navigate and was not able to group returns with their corresponding order. This complete redesign resolved those problems, utilized a new, unified grid system and solved for edge cases that were previously ignored.
With more and more consumers using their mobile phones and tablets to shop, it was important to bring all desktop functionality to the mobile apps. We added the Order History feature to the iPhone and iPad applications, allowing users to check the status of the orders and view their history. The feature utilized the new functionality of the desktop site and the clean visual language of the iOS apps.
